Our mission is to provide a wilderness hiking experience by developing and maintaining the ECT, promoting public access, minimizing its impact on the natural environment and protecting it for future generations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We are recruiting for our Engagement Coordinator, a critical support role for our Association office, reporting to the Business Manager. In this position, you are responsible for administrative work which supports the objectives of the Association and the maintenance, enhancement, development, and protection of the ECT.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You will professionally represent the ECTA to various suppliers to support the development of our Trail Shop, produce content for the Association\u2019s website and social media, support key administrative support for the day-to-day and special events, and support volunteer recruitment and retention.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You are an agile worker and can take the initiative to explore new development opportunities. You are willing to jump into new projects as needed and have a great passion for the mission of the Association. You are creative, have excellent organizational skills, and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
