ECTA barriers have been installed at these path intersections.<\/p>\n<p>Hikers are asked to exit the trail at these points and hike around the Tappers Cove area by using these side roads and walking along Torbay Road.<\/p>\n<p>The closure will stay in effect until the cliff area is secured by the Torbay Harbour Authority.
